A licensed Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time, on-site school-based role serving an elementary split caseload including traditional and autism programs. This contract opportunity runs through June 12, 2026, and requires a valid, active Delaware SLP license along with preferred school-based experience.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students in both traditional and autism educational settings
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with families and school personnel
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current, active Delaware SLP license
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with working with children on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability for full-time hours (37.5 hrs/week) onsite
